Richard Begay (1943–2013) was a celebrated and award-winning Navajo master silversmith known for his exquisite mosaic and channel inlay work. He was born and raised in Navajoland, Arizona and became tenured at the Santa Fe Indian Market. His work is featured in permanent collections at the Smithsonian Institution and Heard Museum.
This design features a distinctive cluster of polished silver drops mimicking grapes or berries, framed by large, deeply stamped silver leaves, a large freeform coral nugget, and a turquoise cabochon.
Not stamped. Fits a 1 3/4 inch belt or smaller. Belt not included, but the one shown is available elsewhere on the site.
